The buyer are responsible for supplying the correct address information for delivery by US mail or via electronic delivery by email. Supplying incorrect information may delay or invalidate the shipping of your Gift Certificate. If you are the buyer please log in to your customer account and click on the order number of the order containing your gift certificate and click on the track shipment link.
If you are the recipient of this gift certificate, please contact us via email at sales@jadepoint.com or call us directly at 701/858-5660. We will attempt to track shipment or electronic delivery of your gift certificate. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday of any calendar week. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following week. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
| How do I track my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site for more information on your order. All orders ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and generally arrive in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. All orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday will ship the following week. |

It is our commitment to provide you with the best value succulents and low-water plants at the best prices we can. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money using the most economical means of shipping, the best means of growing succulents, and the best packing practices to make sure your order ships to your door safe and sound.
All orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays and usually arrive with in 3-5 days via US Priority Mail. If your order was placed after Tuesday it will ship the following week.
Please report any problems with your order to us via email at mailto:sales@jadepoint.com or via telephone at 701/858-5660 within 36 (thirty-six) hours of arrival with a detailed message and a customer service representative will get back to you.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance via email at mailto:sales@jadepoint.com or telephone at 701/858-5660.

| If an item is out of stock, will it be backordered? |

JadePoint Succulents makes every effort to keep all items seen on our website in inventory. Because we grow all of our own high quality succulents and easy-care plants, we do sometimes run out of a particular plant type. If we are unable to supply the exact plant requested, we will make an adequate plant substitution with an eye toward growth habit, growth form and color. You will be notified via email in the unlikely event that a substitution becomes necessary on your order.
We do not back order any plant material. |
