Head of Growth Job Description – June 2025

As Jadepoint continues to expand on its successful first five years, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced sales candidate for our new Head of Growth position.

The Head of Growth at Jadepoint will be:
a) A strong fit-with our culture of luxury, excellence, and empathy, and,
b) Responsible for strategy and execution; building strong, long-term industry relationships; and finding and closing Leads (e.g., sales, marketing, and partnerships). All in an effort to grow top-line revenue, bottom-line results, and Jadepoint’s reputation as a valuable partner and trusted industry expert.
The role reports directly to Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Diana Jeffery.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
Quality, nurture and close leads, leading execution
Build long-lasting relationships within the industry
Conduct thorough lead needs assessments
Conduct personalized, high-touch visits, calls, virtual calls, and email correspondence with target leads: C-suite, Executives, General
Managers, and Owners as key targets
Recommend targeted offerings to leads, based upon needs
Draft customized customer proposals and contracts
Use proven systems and tools to track and manage and provide personalized approach
Research, evaluate, and implement additional storylines, messaging, packaging, and tools for success
Data & Continuous Improvement
Look for opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies in processes
Use data-driven metrics to assess performance and adjust approach / continuous improvement
Collaboration
Work alongside Managing Partner to ensure client personalization, customization, and in alignment with overall company vision
Partner with marketing and sales teammates and partners to execute on the marketing and sales strategy
Inform, communicate, and collaborate with Jadepoint Strategy and Operations teams to promote alignment of sales to execution quality and refine package offerings
Identify strategic markets and leads, organized by segment and needs
Learn about new market opportunities
Apply successful case studies to target similar markets
Discover new services needed by the market
Synthesize learnings and translate market intelligence insights into growth strategy
Consider marketing and sales strategies to promote and win new business and follow-on contracts per client-type and time-of-year needs
Lead a channel-based growth strategy
Likely Comprised of:
Cold Outbound (30%) – create, launch and manage call, email, and social media campaigns to target ideal customers
Marketing (20%) – partner with our marketing teammate to craft and execute on a strategy inclusive of social and email channels
Existing Networks (15%) – find leads within the Jadepoint team’s existing network of connections
Customer Referrals (15%) – create strategies to facilitate referrals to leads from existing/past customers
Partnerships (10%) – establish a strategy to find leads via 3rd party providers serving the same ideal customer profile (ICP)
Events (5%) – determine the right lead-centric conferences and events to attend, sponsor, and host and execute accordingly
Inside Sales (5%) – find opportunities to sell new scopes of work with existing/past customers
Be a role-model ambassador for the brand and advocate for the industry
Actively contribute to the Jadepoint culture, internal team meetings, internal projects, community service activities, 1:1s, etc.

Abilities:
Experience:
Sale of professional services to C-suite executives, strongly preferred
Experience in Luxury Hospitality, Real Estate, or Luxury Retail industries strongly preferred
3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role
Proactively manage and successfully prioritize competing tasks and work streams
Ability to travel (up to 15% of the time) and access to a nearby airport
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana); CRMs (e.g., Monday.com, Hubspot); lead sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) cold campaign platforms (e.g., Instantly, Snov.io); newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, MailerLite); website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace); calendaring tools (e.g., Calendly, Microsoft Bookings); meeting recording tools (e.g., Granola, Sana); AI tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT and Gemini); and social media sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)

The compensation and structure are as follows:
On-target earnings of $90-130K, commensurate with experience
50% cash
50% commission + performance-based bonuses (Commissions are uncapped)
Employment structure: independent contractor
Fully remote position
