01 Your Result

Every employee wants to create a great stay. Not all of them have been shown what that looks like here.

Your answers point to the Exceptional Service Behaviors & Practices Tune Up: one shared service language for every department, front and back of house.

A Tune Up is not a repair. It is a short, focused piece of work that brings something already good back into alignment — and leaves your leaders with the means to hold it there.

A 25-minute conversation to:
  • Confirm the priorities behind your result
  • Review where service varies today and what’s already in place
  • Decide together whether this Tune Up is the right fit

02 Why This Result

When employees aren’t aligned on service, guests notice.

Problem 01

Service is too transactional

Employees know the standards, but the behaviors no longer feel fresh, personalized, or emotionally connected to guests.

Problem 02

Service lacks cohesion

During hiring surges and high season, employees learn by watching whoever is beside them. Service depends on the shift rather than the property.

Problem 03

The basics are stale

Service expectations become words instead of daily actions. Without practice and follow-through, employees return to old habits when the operation gets busy.

The issue is not whether your people care. It is whether every employee knows how to bring the service promise to life for every guest.

03 How the Tune Up Works

From brand promise to a guest experience that feels real.

Part 1 · Prepare

Prepare the property

We align your leaders on shared goals and tailor the training to your property: brand context, existing systems, and the guest moments that matter most right now.

Virtual preparation · Month 1
Part 2 · Cultivate

Cultivate the behaviors together

Leaders and employees build a shared service language through analogies, stories, and live practice. Participants leave ready to apply it on their next shift.

Minimum 2.5-day onsite · Month 2
Part 3 · Engrain

Engrain the practice

Follow-up sessions and a reference guide keep the behaviors in daily use. Optional weekly activities, office hours, coaching, and cross-property accountability extend the work.

Virtual follow-up · Months 3–5

Best fit: properties where employees are learning the service fundamentals for the first time — a new opening, a new team, or heavy seasonal hiring that has left no shared baseline.Service Behaviors Energizer is the better starting point, if your team already knows the fundamentals and the challenge is keeping them fresh.

05 The Next Steps

Let’s connect on your results and path forward.

Your result points to a clear opportunity. We will place it in the context of your property.

Schedule a Conversation

Your conversation will be with Diana Jeffery, Managing Partner, or Marshal Rabourn, Head of Growth.

Exceptional service should not depend on who is working.

You can set a clear standard, invest in training, and still watch the experience shift when new employees join or the season turns.

That is not a question of whether your people care. Most want to create meaningful guest moments — they need a shared language, room to practice it, and a playbook their leaders actually use.

This result is a starting point. If it feels relevant, we would be glad to listen.
