JADEPOINT SPIRIT WEEK 2025

Purpose in action

In 2025, Hearts & Hands brought our team together in Lima, Peru, where we partnered with local community leaders to bring holiday joy to children in a vulnerable neighborhood.

With the guidance of Rosita Piscoya, who supports several local organizations, our team selected thoughtful gifts for approximately 50 children, prepared backpacks filled with toys and creative materials, and spent the day playing games, sharing food, creating art, and celebrating the season together.

The experience reminded us that impact often begins in the simplest moments: a smile, a game, a song, a shared meal, a backpack chosen with care.

Those moments carry meaning far beyond the day itself.


Each month, the Jadepoint team participates in a new Hearts & Hands Challenge designed to turn small actions into lasting change.

These challenges invite every team member to serve with intention, whether through encouragement notes, care kits, community support, volunteering, or simple acts that lift someone up. After completing the challenge, team members record their activity in our Hearts & Hands tracker, allowing us to celebrate participation, measure our collective impact, and continue building a culture where service, compassion, and action remain part of who we are.
